Handstand, Full Wheel 1 & 2, The Hurdler (Urdvha Danurasana, Koundinyasana 2)
Each of these postures have several expressions, some may have easier access than others. We will explore all the ways to approach these 3 arm balances, and look at differing full expressions of each, through different body types. Yogis come in all sizes, so these postures will look and feel unique depending slight shifts in body position and dristi (mental focus). This workshop begins in a Vinyasa 1 practice (Sun Salutation A, B) Explanation and playtime (Lila) in Handstand, Full Wheel 1 & 2, and The Hurdler, continuing into a Sun C that includes the 3 Featured Arm Balances, and then a smooth finish including hip openers, and shoulder compressions. 5 minute Savasana and brief seated meditation.

In the case of bad weather, we will cancel classes based on the Cherry Creek School District. We will send out an email and update this website to reflect any cancellations. The safety of our students and teachers is of the utmost importance to us.
