Increase Your Intuition
Through the Practice of Kundalini Yoga with Tana

Are you confused, depressed or tend to second guess yourself? These are signs that you are not following your human talent of intuition. Plan to attend this workshop and experience the art of listening to your Self. Once you listen, you can visualize, once you visualize you see things clearly, once you see things clearly, they are reality.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. There will be a Gong Bath during Savasana. As always homemade 'Yogi Tea' ~ the original recipe for Chai and homemade 'raw' treats will be served after class.

Kundalini Yoga awakens the energy that is the very essence of consciousness and takes you into your original self. It provides a toolbox for a strong and resilient body, mind and soul. In this workshop we will use breath, postures, sound, mantra, relaxation and meditation to unlock our individual potential. Yogi Bhajan, PhD and Master of Kundalini Yoga, began openly teaching this sacred science in 1969. Prior to that time the secrets of Kundalini Yoga were tightly guarded and only revealed through initiation. It was Yogi Bhajan’s destiny to share this legacy with the world; he came to teach teachers so this powerful practice could be experienced by everyone.

Aubrey Hackman is a certified Jivamukti instructor and
founder of the Telluride Yoga Festival. With a strong
devotion to the practice of yoga, Aubrey has made it her
life’s work to find the best teachers and to bring that quality
of instruction to others whether through her teaching or the
actual festivals. Her teachers, Sharon Gannon and David
Life (founders of Jivamukti Yoga), have illuminated a
passion for non-violence and conscious living along with a
strong foundation in Yogic philosophy, Asana, Sanskrit, and
Vedanta. She also has studied Ashtanga for years with
various teachers and completed a 5 week program in
Mysore, India with B.N.S. Iyengar and Sheshadri. Though
Jivamukti yoga includes a somewhat rigorous vinyasa
practice, Aubrey ties in the alignment principals found in
different styles of Hatha Yoga and offers therapeutic or
restorative classes as well.
